Tiene licenciatura y maestría de la Universidad de Dallas y del Instituto Para Estudios Latinoamericanos de la Universidad de Texas. Su carrera internacional incluye conferencias y periodismo investigativo en todos los continentes, en 64 países. Antes de convertirse en el director del trabajo provida internacional de HLI, Joseph  fundó y fué vice director de la oficina en Roma de HLI.

One of the world’s leading experts on the international pro-life movement, Joseph Meaney speaks French, Spanish and Italian fluently and is Director of International Coordination for Human Life International (HLI). His bachelors and masters degrees from the Catholic University of Dallas and the University of Texas Institute of Latin American Studies prepared him for an international career that has included lectures and investigative journalism missions on all continents and over 64 countries. Before becoming Director of HLI's International pro-life work, Joseph helped found and served four years as Vice Director of HLI's Rome Office.
