Lila Rose

Lila Rose es una estudiante y activista provida en UCLA que ha dedicado su vida a terminar con el aborto. A los quince años, Lila fundo Live Action, que es ahora una creciente organización sin fines de lucro que abarca escuelas y comunidades en California, EEUU.

Live Action usa las nuevas tecnologias de información a niveles local y nacional para educar y movilizar a los jóvenes alrededor del mensaje pro-vida. Live Action en San Jose, por ejemplo, ha educado a miles de jóvenes acerca del aborto y del valor de la abstinencia en escuelas e iglesias y organiza eventos orientados a la juventud.

Live action tambien conduce investgaciones y proyectos de investigación educativa y distribuye su trabajo a traves de LiveActionFilms, The Advocate (revista trimestral de Live Action) y de medios independientes.

Lila ha lanzado tambien muchas investigaciones que muestran el racismo y ----- de Planned Parenthood, Su valiente trabajo ha revelado nuevas evidencias en contra de la industria del aborto.

Lila Rose is a pro-life, student activist at UCLA who has dedicated her life to ending abortion.  At fifteen years old, Lila founded Live Action, which is now a growing nonprofit with several school and community chapters in California.

Live Action uses "new media" at both the local and national level to educate and mobilize youth, and to spread a pro-life message to the next generation. Live Action San Jose, for example, has reached thousands of local youth in schools and churches with the multi-media presentations about abortion and abstinence, and sponsors many youth oriented events. Live Action also conducts student-led investigations and educational research projects and releases its work through Live Action Films, The Advocate (Live Action's quarterly student magazine), and other independent media.

Lila has launched several successful undercover investigations exposing racism and sexual abuse cover-ups by pro-abortion group Planned Parenthood.  Her brave work has revealed new evidence to build a strong case against the abortion industry and lobby.

During her freshman year at UCLA, Lila founded the student magazine The Advocate, for which she serves as Editor.  The Advocate approaches right-to-life issues from unconventional angles and publishes the results of Live Action Films' evocative student investigations and educational pieces.  The most recent issue was the first to expand its reach beyond UCLA, with students disseminating copies on over a dozen college campuses across the nation.

Lila is a frequent guest on radio and television programs, including The O'Reilly Factor, Hannity's America, and The Laura Ingraham show. Her work has also been featured on numerous radio and TV programs, as well as print and online, including the Dr. Laura show, the Rush Limbaugh show, Hot Air, the Chicago Sun-Times, The Wall Street Journal, World Magazine, and The Washington Times. In 2008, Lila was named a recipient of the inaugural Life Prizes award. Her efforts have bought attention to human rights issues well beyond the students on the UCLA campus.
